Good morning everyone!
A few days ago I came home to one of my 4 month old guineas hobbling around and not being able to put a lot of pressure on her leg.
Within 2 days she was not hardly using it, and last night when I got home she was not using it at all. More half flying somewhere and then laying down. I was able to walk up to her and catch her, and I have now put her in her own locked up pen with her food and water right in front of here so that she does not have to walk if she doesn't want to.
My question is, should I splint it to help her out, and if so, how do I splint it?? Or is this something that is common with guineas and she will re-coop after a few days of being in lockdown?
