Possible streamers?

Bought two silkies recently. Starting to see little pin feathers on heads . Neither one of them seems to have strictly male or female characteristics which seems to be the case for so many. Any guesses? If they are two cockerels they will have to be rehomed- they are the only two so far in my smaller coop.
