I have a hen who is almost four. She has been a little slow the last month but seemed to be in good health. I noticed her going off by herself more but nothing too abnormal. Last night when I closed up the coop she was on one side alone and almost seemed blind.she ran into my legs and out the main coop door into the dark - which she never does . I picked her up and got her in a closed off section alone with some water. I got up this morning to check on her and she was still Alive and moving and seemed basically normal. I put some fresh water out for her and she drank for almost 15
Minutes straight with only small breaks In between . Now she is not eating at all , including treats , and is excessively drinking and squirting out only water not poop from her butt.
I think she is blind or disoriented bc she seems to have trouble finding the water ( it’s a basic large tub that fills from the top and fills the ring in the bottom ) and doesn’t seem to know where she is going. She has a sister who is the same age and 7 other chickens who are around a year and a half . None of the others are having issues. I saw it could be something toxic she got into ( though I can’t think of anything that would be around -I do let them free range) , or liver/ kidney disease. Also something about too much liquid in her crop? But I don’t know what that means . She does have liquid coming from her mouth when she drinks, but I thought it was bc she is drinking SO much.
Has anyone had this happen and successfully saved your chicken? Is there something I can give her or do?

Has she been laying eggs recently? Is her tail position up or down? How does her crop feel now—empty and flat, full, hard, doughy, or puffy soft? Check it first thing in the morning to see if it is emptying overnight. Can you get clear pictures of both eyes, while someone holds her? Do you see any cloudiness or gray color? Crop disorders can cause excess thirst which can lead to runny droppings. It might be good to keep her with her flock inside a wire dog crate or pen with her food and water close to her. If her crop is full and not emptying, then you can treat for crop problem. Here is an article to read about crop problems:
