I have a 1 year old Cream Legbar hen that started out twitching her head back and forth was very lethargic and not herself. We ended up treating our flock with some Corid to be safe. There's no signs of mites or anything along those lines.
She is still eating and drinking though which is good.

Is she egg bound? She hasnt laid in 3 days now and noticed she's missing some feathers on her bottom as well and covered in poop. We soaked her in an epsom salt bath and isolated her from the flock and continuing to give her Corid as well.

Is there any precautions or advice to take ? Help!!

Head twitching is typically a sign of vitamin deficiency or neurological problems , corrid will not help this and can possibly make it worse.
What's her diet?
