Help! So I noticed ab a week ago now (noticed it after a few days but now it’s been a week) that my RR stopped laying. Vent slightly messy. So I jumped on treating for worms. I found poultry dewormer 5x and did her doses for three days and am now in the waiting period to give it again in ten days. She’s never stopped eating, comb never changed color just skinny and slower than usual. Her vent is no longer dirty and none of the other girls seemed to get it. But here are my questions. Should I also treat her w ivermectin since she still isn’t laying? Should I treat the others just in case? If so with what and how. I’ve seen A LOT of info out there …I’ve had her her entire life. She’s always had funny issues with her reproductive tract and always ended up ok. So I just wanna help her get back to normal :/ also tried to watch for worms in her poop. Never saw any but that doesn’t mean she didn’t poop where I couldn’t see it :(

No you shouldn't use Ivermectin if you suspect your hen has worms. Ivermectin is not particulalry effective any more for worms, primarily because of over use which has built up a tolerance in the parasite.
You don't say which wormer you used (?)
I don't know which part of the world you live in but I believe Safeguard is widely available in the USA as is Panacur. If you are in the UK or Europe then any Flubendazole product will work.
Chickens can have worms without you ever noticing them in their poop. Roundworm in my experience does often show in the poop but there are other types that rarely do including cecal worms.
Be aware that many products sold as dewormers are not effective. The products I've mentioned above are still effective.

If your hen has had issues with her reproductive tract in the past it is unfortunately possible that she is suffering from some internal complaint that may be identifiable by a vet.

The only sure way to establish if she does have an unacceptable worm count is to send a poop sample to a lab.
