I know your pain. I saw a possum in my back yard a few weeks ago and thought nothing of it until it killed our Leghorn roo & 2 golden Campines! The bodies were left intact....just the stomach was eaten. Darn possums!

My dh was hurt the most....he'd just bought a white Leghorn roo to start breeding with our white leghorns pullets. He'd been looking a long time and finally found one to have it eaten.

We'll regroup, though. We've beefed up security around the coop.
