I have decided I want a mixed flock this spring so I am looking at my chicken book and deciding what to add. Show me some pics. of your mixed flock and tell me the breeds if you don't mind so I can get some ideas. I want an interesting mix or at least a pretty mix. Any ideas?

Here are a few pics of my flock

In this photo we have Clementine the Buff Orpington, Cornelius the Modern Game Bantam Rooster Egglentine the Delaware and in the background, Addie my BLR Wyandotte.

In this one we have the Buff Orpingtons, Audrey the Japanese Bantam and Merryweather the Blue Andalusian

hi there my father in law has a mixed flock like yours but were trying tofigure out what the small girl is?? its the same as the little one in the middle of this picture???

your flock is so pretty. What is the tall white and buff one? That would be a nice addition

Here is my mixed flock
there are Light Brahmas, Silver laced Cochins, a buff rock, some americanas

this is clyde the only roo - with one of the silver laced cochins

I like the silver laced cochins very nice will add that to the list

Not my birds, but I'm pretty sure they are:

Red and white bird in first pic: Red Pyle Modern Game Bantam

Black and white small bird in other pics: Black Tailed White Japanese Bantam

Blue slightly larger bird: Blue Andalusian

Okay herechickchick, in the second picture it looks like the little black and white one took a dive and fell head-first into the ground and the other chicken is like "Are you okay?" hee hee
