Post sepsis eye inflammation

I got this sweet, tough little hen that was the only survivor of a suspected cat attack. Treated her head wound with iodine and for mites plus a 5 day antibiotic course.
She’s definitely more perky now but then I noticed her inflamed eyes, so I treated as if pink eye with the vetericyn spray. Now her ears are red as well.
Shes never mean, but always upset by the treatments though I’m very gentle (talking soothingly and giving pets).
Shes losing underneath feathers around her neck I’m assuming from rubbing.
She definitely naps the most and is more laid back, but drinks well and eats heartily.
What do I do? I’m at my wits end and just want her to stop being constantly sick.

I cannot make out her eyeball in the picture. Does the eye appear intact? You can apply Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin to her eye 2-3 times a day. If there is any gunk in the eye, flush it with saline or an eye wash. The Vetericyn is fine as well. Make sure that she can see well enough to find her food and water. It might be good to offer a mushy chicken feed with water and some cooked egg twice a day holding a small bowl up to her beak.

Eating and drinking aren’t problems. She barely tolerates the spray idk how I’d ever do ointment and yes the eye is intact with no junk; just swollen and red. She opens them often but keeps them closed more often than the rest. I’m a new chicken owner and very overwhelmed
