Posted eggs covered in broken egg yolk - clean them?

Three of my shipped eggs are covered in egg yolk from three that broke during transit. They are quite sticky with it.

Do I just give them a gentle wipe? Gentle damp cloth wipe? I'm going to put these three in my incubator the other 5 clean ones are going under our little broody

I'd give them a thorough cleaning. The egg goo will clog the pores and limit oxygen.
Normally you don't want to clean eggs but given the option in this case, I would do so.

This happened to me and I called the place and they said not to get them wet. But gently wipe with a cloth- but it was almost impossible to get off. All but 2 were scrambled anyway and 2 only developed to day 2. 1 is growing on day 15. So I bet since there was 3 already broken most are scrambled- as in wont grow even if you clean. But maybe you'll get lucky
