Potential disease? 6 week old chicken

A symptom of Marek's disease is the legs going front/back in opposite directions. Most of the time confirmation is found at necropsy, there is a test that can be done on a live bird, but not many places do it. It just requires a small blood sample. Since you have a vet that will see chickens, I would ask them.
This lab does it:

I thought that too but after research she doesn’t really match the description IMO. But I have never dealt with that so can’t be positive. But When we got her legs tied together she is able to stand decent and uses them to move to water/food. Poops look normal. Eyes look normal. She got her second dose of rooster booster today and her head is more straight and not turning back.

Thank you! I hope it’s not that- will continue this for about a week and re evaluate the situation if we should test!

I do have Marek's in my flock and the only thing definite about it is that it doesn't always match the literature symptom wise. It can be very variable. I hope that isn't what it is. I've seen some odd things that look like Marek's and are not. Just wanted to cover the bases as that is a very commonly, well known symptom.

No, I appreciate it- thank you!! Why I got on here to seek different opinions bc we don’t fully know yet 🤷‍♀️
Sorry you have had this in your flock!

I keep saying she but i don’t even know yet ha, but I just noticed her comb color. What could this indicate as well? Or normal maybe?
