So the Khaki Campbell I took in and have in my house, her bumble is getting better but I looked today and her poop was green. Now I have her some peas yesterday morning as she hadn’t been eating so am hoping it’s just she ate a lot of green, but I have read green poop can be a bad sign.
Any duck poop experts think this looks bad? Her poop has been normal up til now and she has been acting less timid and more active the past day

I tried the peas because she wasn’t eating. I only gave her regular feed today and will check her poop later. Aside from doing her darth Vader impression when someone comes close to her, she is breathing normally and seems more active today. I m hoping it’s just the peas

I had read somewhere on another post here that green poop can be indicative of not eating enough, since you said you gave the peas since it wasn’t eating, it could be that 🤷🏽‍♀️(I am not an expert so I don’t know if it’s true or not, just relaying what I read)

Bright green poop seen in an anorexic state may be suggestive of biliverdinuria, but one must differentiate whether that is the case or if the peas are the main cause for discoloration.

So no peas all yesterday and there was barely any poop all day, but when there was it was normal color. But this morning bright green again.
She is barely eating and I’m afraid it may be partially due to malnutrition as well but I can’t get her to eat. So far the peas are the only thing she’s eaten even a little of

Is she drinking well?

Do you have access to a veterinarian experienced with birds (?) otherwise, I think it would be best to start collecting tube feeding supplies to maintain her nutritional status and ensure she does not become malnourished.

With birds reluctant to eat much, oftentimes it's best to supplement heat due to the expected decreased metabolic heat output.

There’s really no vets that are duck experts but my vet knows one who he consults if I have a duck issue so I will make an appointment and will check out the tube feeding.
She’s a sweet girl and just want her healthy. Thank you for the information and advice!

So on a whim, thinking she may just be sued to foraging fir food now, I dropped a live cricket we have to feed our lizard into her pen. She gobbled it up.

so when the pet store opens going to go get some more and some feeder goldfish and see if they get eaten

Live crickets and some feeder fish got her eating. And she likes eggs. She’s perked up a bit and no more green poop. And her bumblefoot is almost gone

attached a picture of her enjoying floating in a bin of water
