My chicks kept trying to dust bath in their pine shavings, so I thought I'd get them some playsand. But Since today is Sunday, everything is closed in my very small town. I had some potting soil on hand and put a dish of that in instead. They seem to be enjoying it a lot, but will it hurt them any? Perhaps I should take it out and wait for the sand tomorrow?
