Poulet or Roo??

K Chicken experts, I need your opinions. Poulet or Roo? I got this Cuckoo Marans on April 23rd. The man said it was 12-13 weeks old so that would make it about 5 months now. It doesn't seem to act like a roo at all but then this feather popped up a couple weeks ago. Of the 4 that we got, this one is the smallest and was picked on for a few days by the older hens. Some tail feathers were picked at. What do you think??? Thanks in advance... I've had chickens for years but I'm terrible at determining the sex. We usually buy 1-2 yr old hens to avoid the whole situation.
