Poult not walking

I have a bbw poult that is sickly. It was ok when I bought it. Seemed quieter but not sick. The second day we had it it just laid down and hasn’t stood since. It eats drinks and occasionally seems perky. Otherwise it sleeps a lot and sometimes pants almost like a dog. I’m new to turkeys. I put it in a lunchmeat container with its own food and water bowl but still under the heat lamp. The other 2 poults are active and normal. Same lamp and don’t seem cold etc. any idea? Please excuse the bedding it was due for a change. I do the main part once a day and the paper towels under the sick one every 8ish hours.

What's the brooder temperature? Panting sounds like it's too hot.

I don’t have a thermometer in there (couldn’t find my old one) there’s chicks and turkeys and they’re totally spread out and happy/active so that’s not the issue
