Poultry beings abused

I have neighbors that miss treat there ducks. Turkey and chickens. Not being cared for properly alot of them freeze to death from the cold. We found one of there ducks on the highway almost frozen to death it has frostbite on its feet really bad. We been trying to treat it and take care of it. What can I do how can I stop this abuse. Alot get ran over on the road. I have proof I'm not the only one who sees that's going on. They don't get the care they need. I have told them many times but they could care less. They act like they can keep getting away with it. Please help in anyway this is not right.

What have you been doing to treat them?
Also have you called animal control?
When someone in our town had a bad situation they called animal control and the animal control had the birds removed.

Hi, sorry to hear about your neighbors birds. I agree with the other greeters...call animal control to report them. It may take more than 1 or 2 calls, so keep it up until something is done. Good luck!

You need to report them to whomever enforces animal rights on your area.

Take pictures. When you call the authorities, take the name of the person you spoke to and find out what their title is. Keep notes, record the dates. After a month or so if nothing happens, contact your local news station and report what's going on. Have good, clear photos, taken with your phone held sideways, and short videos taken close up.
