Poultry nipple question

Is anyone using poultry nipples and dosing their water with gro2max probiotic? Do the nipples get clogged from the powder? Any other issues?

The vertical nipples can clog since the water is dispensed from the bottom where sediment settles. The horizontal nipples won't do that, though. The HN are side mounted and spring loaded.
