Poultry Processing in Mass or RI

Baffoni's is the best.we just had 16 Red Rangers processed. For 4$ the birds are bagged in a freezer bag, and you have e option to have the gizzards and feet bagged separately for no extra charge. We dropped off the birds by 8 am and picked up after 2 pm. We have no complaints, the birds looked beautiful. Just remember that after they are processed they need to age in the fridge for about 2 days before freezing, otherwise the meat does not taste as good ( tough really). Just call them to set up a day to bring the birds and you will be very happy!
