Poultry Processing in Northeastern PA ?

I live in the Scranton / Wilkes Barre PA area . . . does anyone know where I can get my roosters "processed" ?

I'm not sure how far they are from you but you can take your poultry to them or they will come to you. Good luck!

There is also a place in Mifflinburg which is state inspected Eli Reiff. Not used them yet but they charge 1.50 a bird to kill and clean. Cutting is extra. 570-966-0769 they want you to call a week ahead to schedule the appointment.

Millside did a fine job - but it was a first for me so I may not be the best judge.

I believe Christine at Millside was trained by the guy you mentioned.

So you were able to make an appointment and take your chickens over. My inlaws live in Hughesville so it would be a good option for me.
