Poultry processing in Southern Maine

Just wondering if any Mainers out there know of a poultry processing place in Southern Maine? I've checked into a couple places and they no longer exist. We are considering processing our 25 cornish cross ourselves, but would just like to get some information on taking them somewhere, in case we 'chicken' out Any suggestions?? THANK YOU!

Here's the Maine gov link listing all the processing plants. You'll need to look under CEP "Custom Exempt Poultry" column.
