I don't understand either question without you providing more info.

Your current energy consumption is for what?
Your pullets eat food. How can you optimize how much they eat? The cost for feed? How much they spill?

Where I live, there is no such thing as too much draft free ventilation.

No energy consumed by keeping all vents open 24/7.
Do a search on "ventilation".

Do a search on "fermented feeds".
Lots of information there.

Hope this helps.

my current energy consumption is electricity. i just want to know is there any ventilation that work automatic, i mean when pullet house is hot, it start to work and after setting the temperature stop working? right now my pullet house ventilations works 24\7 and it's not affordable.

I am looking forward to hearing from you

Couple guesses here:

1) English is not your first language
2) Your house is in a very hot place, the chickens and their poop make even more heat for a very hot place
3) Your air conditioning is costing you a lot of money.

Answers:
Get solar vents. Start at $300ish.
Get fewer chickens under the same roof.
