Poults

I just brought home 2 poults from rural king. I have no clue how old they are but they are tiny. One is doing well, walking, eating drinking pooping...the other one hardly opens her eyes, hasn’t wanted to eat or drink and looks weak but does chirp. I’ve tried giving her a little sugar water on a baby spoon but I don’t know if it’s measured out correctly and I don’t think she got much. All I can find is 3 tbsp to 1 quart water but I don’t think the other one needs it. Any suggestions to help this little turkey out??
