I had 42 eggs in a styrofoam incubator last night. They have been in the bator for 8 days and temps and humidity have been staying steady but last night we had tornadoes here in OKC and the power was off from 730 pm until 1230 afternnon the next day so that is 17 hours off. Will it kill them all?

its hard to tell, how cold did it get? I would not give up hope, just candle at 10 days or so and see what is growing.

if the outdoor temp stayed 80 degrees or higher you are probably fine. a little lower temp and some should still hatch but % will be affected.

your hatch will probably be delayed a day or so.
