First off, I don't know if that's right. I have 19 week old Partridge rock roo and a 19 week old EE hen who have been mating. Would that be correct.....PR x EE? My hen just started laying two days ago!

I haven't eaten them yet.....I'm waiting to get a couple more so each of us in my family can have one on the same day, so I haven't checked for that bulls eye to see if they have been fertilized. When are roosters sexually mature? When can an egg be incubated? And what will a PR and EE produce? My EE is laying cream colored eggs. Will their produced babies also make cream colored eggs? Here are pics of them:

I'm pretty sure that you will get more brown to cream eggs from the chicks of this mating. If the EE is laying cream eggs, then she doesn't have any copies of the blue egg gene to pass on to her offspring.

In terms of coloration, it's anyone's guess. That's the fun of EE's!

Nice looking birds, and congrats on the eggs. I have some the same age, and I'm just waiting for that first egg!
