Prarie Bluebelles Hen or Roo?

Hi everyone! I’m a new chicken mom and am loving my PBE’s so far. They were a lucky stumble at TSC but just what I wanted. The Golden Girls are 3 weeks old in a few days but already almost fully feathered and roosting at night. My yellow chick “Rose” was the first to get her comb and I’m worried that she’s more of a “Roger”. Her wings and tail are the same as the other 3 and I know they’re a cross breed so I’m hoping she’s just an early bloomer. Thanks!

Tail and wing feathers don't mean anything. I suspect rose is a Roger but it's a bit early yet.
