Pre-Pilot questions woodstock, il

I’m leading the way for allowing a pilot program in Woodstock, IL. I was able to get a “pre-pilot” started with one person and it’s been going great. At the end of Oct the hens need to be removed from the property and I’ll be going before the city with my findings. I want to work up a questionnaire for the neighbors and owners. I need ideas of questions to ask each.

I’m going to be presenting this to the board in the hopes of having a full blown pilot done. I want to make sure to cover all the bases. Any and all help is appreciated!!!

I also live in Woodstock, IL My family has wanted to raise chickens for a while now. We actually bought them and their equipment in the spring of '18. We "chickened out" when it was time to move them outside. We found farm friends to move them to. They were eaten by predators a month later.
Friends in town were certain that you had already had the ordinance changed. In searching for that change, I found your thread and signed up. I would sign your petition if I could.
