Precleaning a barn for healthy chicken use

Greetings from Washington,

I just bought a property with a barn that has housed chickens, pigs, rabbits goats.

I want to avoid as many issues, parasites and am wondering suggestions for cleaning? Is there a dewormer chemical? I am worried about cocci and parasite carryover from the past residents.

It looks like they used deep litter method as there is lots of straw on t he floor.

My question is what is best to use on the wood? I am thinking bleach...

once I clean the straw, should I rinse the ground with anything?

Thanks for suggestions, I am moving my animals in about a month.
