Predator ate eggs

I am so upset. I had 6 eggs under a hen that went broody and today was day 21 so they were supposed to hatch. Well, I woke up this morning and ran out to the coop. The hen was eating like she usually does in the morning but I looked at the nest and the eggs were gone! Then I found a hole that something dug and crawled in. This was my first hatch so I'm so upset!
