Predator deterrant

Has anyone ever used dog poo around their chicken coup to deter predators from digging? I have my wire buried then I lined it with wood and I was thinking about tossing some dog poo around it, any suggestions?

I don't toss dog scat around my coop but I do allow the dogs ( 2 german shepherds) to do their thing up around the coop and don't always clean it up afterwards. I do have a pet theory that this is why we don't have any predators coming into our yard any more and we have 270 acres behind our place with the usual complement of bear, coyote, raccoons, weasels etc. Anyways, you can always experiment and see what happens.
