Predator Deterrent?

Haven't tried one. I use a 410.

Yeah, well, I'm not a fabulous shot, and I don't have a huge piece of property, so the neighbors may object. This thing is supposed to look like another predator's eyes, making the real threat think it's got competition for the hens, and move along. Seems to me it'd be kind of like one of those plastic owls, or noise makers... after awhile, they become accustomed to it's presence, and it doesn't work anymore.
