Hi, last night, we had an attack on our chickens... the horrible thing, killed them but we don't know what did it though! We think it wasn't the fox as there wasn't much feathers everywhere, also no chickens were taken! The way they were killed, was by there heads being cut off! I don't know what possibly could do that, it killed most chickens in the coop, some were lucky to survive!!! So please could someone tell me what thing is doing this horrible stuff, so I can get rid of it! Also if it helps, we live in the U.K., so would be a uk predator... thanks.

Weasel? Mink? Stoat? It sounds to me like something that type of animal would do. VERY sorry for your loss, what a horrible thing to wake up to. :(

Unless you have skunks there, it is more likely to be a member of the weasel family such as the common weasel, otter, mink, ermine, one of those are known to rip heads off and leave the body.

The same thing happened to my nbr he set up a cage the next night and put one of the dead chickens in the trap and caught a raccoon,so it could have been a racoon
