Pregnant potbelly

My female is pregnant and has swollen vulva with a white colored discharge. It’s our first litter so I don’t know what to expect any info would help how close is she ???

What do her mammary glands look like? Shortly before she has her pigs they should be swollen and full of milk. I don't know how tame your pig is, or if you would even want to try this, but you could take her temperature every day. Just before she goes into labor it should drop a degree or two. Watch her breathing. As labor starts, the respiration rate increases. Hope this helps.

When was she bred? Pig gestation is 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days. As Cassie said, she should get really full of milk before she pigs. She will also want to nest and will carry whatever she can get to a corner and pile it up.

How old and how big is she? Most pigs manage just fine, but tiny minis have issues far more commonly.
