That is what I am doing. The logs will be used as planter boarders in the raised garden or I will use for a fence around the waterfall and pond areas...Burn the branches,, save the logs. Not sure if you can have the logs sawed into lumber at a small mill?? May be worth doing given the current lumber prices. Second point,, Cedar is good as posts, and ground contact for constructing coop, and run.

Not that Im aware of, used cedar shavings in bedding since chicks and my property is about 90% cedars... no issues in 4 years now.Cedar is toxic to chickens isnt it?
Depends on the type of cedar, not all are the highly aromatic kind that can be a respiratory irritant....especially the shavings used in a closed environmentCedar is toxic to chickens isnt it?
