I'm pretty sure she is a he all my others don't have the comb coming in like that or those long tail feathers sprouting out.

Looks like a cockerel to me, too. However, rose combed birds can be hard to sex-- I'd post some more photos in a few weeks for another opinion.

Yes, I think it is a cockerel. But I could be wrong, since it is still somewhat young to tell for sure.

He is gold sebright as well if that helps with the opinions. Impretty sure SALLY is gonna be changed to PERCY, my 3 yr old son is a Thomas the train, Cars, and Planes fan.
