Printed Eggs

I was printing a pecking ball and got the model to print an egg to 'encourage' egg laying in the nest. My odd question is... does color matter? My filament is BRIGHT orange. No, my chickens aren't close to laying, but I'm preparing anyway

My dad had hens try to hatch pool balls when he was a kid, so I'm betting probably won't care about the color.... lol

BTW, cool use of 3d printing technology.
