I appreciate all the "sorry for your loss" comments. I've raised animals for a long time and death is just a part of the journey of life. Some of my animals deaths are more traumatic than others, but dieing is just a part of living. Many of my animals are almost pets and others are "just" animals.

Well darnit it, I'm so very sorry. You did put a lot of work into her. There just must have been something going on with her.

Just in case, I'd just give all the other babies some yogurt or probiotics, keep an eye on them, and let's hope this was just a one-time case.
