I think Alfredo (Silver-Laced Cochin), and Sesame (Black Langshan), were the only 6-month pullets not laying already.

This one with the poop and the spot of blood was on the ground in the coop -- probably one of them dropping it without knowing what was going on.

The other little brown egg was in the nest and there was one like it yesterday -- so maybe both of them started.
