probiotic dosage for chickens

I bought some blue ribbon brand probiotics for my 12 chickens. one died of "blow out" and probiotics were recommended.
This product is sold for goats and kids. Does anyone know what the dosage/gal of water is ?

I looked online and could not find where your product can be used with chickens. I would hesitate to use it.

I did find this online. The one in red is what I use. ACV should be bought, raw and unfiltered.
