Do you know of any probiotic products that I can add to feed so I don't have to add to water and change everyday

Any powdered product can just be sprinkled over the feed. The problem you can have is it will sift to the bottom of the feeder. You can wet some feed and make a mash or add some fermented feed to the diet and eliminate it all together.

Here's one I found a couple years ago. It can be mixed with water or feed and is formulated specifically for chickens.
I think one packet (100 g) will treat 400 lbs. of feed
It was developed in Egypt and the rights were purchased by a US company. They also carry a product to treat bedding.
I use it in lesser quantities as a starter in fermented feed.

"Probios" is another brand I have seen that is a powdered probiotic to sprinkle on feed. Haven't tried it.

I use EM (effective microorganisms). You can make your own from scratch, supposedly, not easy to do. I buy it pre-made, then brew up a concoction with it (instructions included). A $30 quart of the product lasts me about a year. That quart I then "extend" into a total of 5 gallons of probiotics. I put in their water, ferment their feed and as a probiotic "odor eater" to spray down their coop and run with. I also make human-grade nutritional probiotic brews with it. It's the most cost-effective non-dairy probiotic product I have come across. The brewing process does take a bit of time, equipment and effort, details are in this thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/108555/em-1-effective-microorganism-bokashi-for-chickens

You could also switch to feeding 100% fermented feed. Or you could also do what I do...feed a portion as fermented feed (I feed about 20-30% of daily ration as FF). They will get a good dose of probiotics (probably more than you would get with a powdered product), but you don't have to deal with the work of large amounts of fermented feed to keep track of like when feeding 100% FF.

thanks for the suggestions I well check out the products out and see if they well fit feeding routine
