Problem creating an ad

Hello,
I hope I am in the right spot for this but I am having trouble posting an ad.
Every time I try to creat an ad it says I have an open ad and I have tried to look everywhere and it shows 0.
How do I find out how to fix this or delete an ad I have?

You have an open want ad in the Other Poultry section. Look at your profile under "Threads Started" and it is in there.
