Problem with Brinsea Adv 20

I just bought a brinsea. When I first plugged it in the display was just little black squares. After unplugging and plugging it in a few times it finally worked. It has done this to me a couple other times too. There was once after I had set my eggs and was freaked out that it wasn't going to reset. Has anyone else had this issue with their Brinsea bator? I'm going to call the company tomorrow.

Called Brinsea today. After thoughly explaining myself the lady said, "if it's working now, I don't see what the problem is." I paid $400 for this thing two weeks ago, it didn't work right out of the box and she doesn't see what the problem is.

I finally got an RA #. I'm sending it back right after my eggs hatch.
