I just finished my first hatch with my new King Suro incubator. Last time I candled before hatch I had 6 chicks. Well at day 24 only one chick had hatched. So I opened up the air sac end of the egg and saw no signs of life. So I opend up the eggs and looked at them. They look like they died about a week before hatch date. I have never had this happen even in a cheap LG with hand turning.

Anyone have any ideas on what may have happened. This were shipped egss, but since they developed this far I doubt it had anything to do with it. See attached pics.

I had the same problem. All my chicks died without pipping, but had partially absorbed the yolk. I'm interested in what others have to say, because I'm still stumped. My humidity was between 35% and 45% (similar to yours THough1956).

We have a king suro, used a few times without any issues,

1st hatch 2/2
2nd hatch 7/12 (all made it to lockdown, but issue was the quality of the chicks from the man I purchased them from) frizzles bred with frizzles. Wont use him again.
3rd hatch (shipped eggs) 4/6 (5 made it to lockdown)
4th hatch still in progress but all 6 are doing great.

Humidity days 1-18 55%
humidity days 18-21 65%

Hope you have better luck next time
