problem with eye on quail chick

one of my baby quail seems to be having an eye problem. The eye is crusty and she holds it closed for the most part. so far I have been cleaning it with warm salt water and a cotton ball/Q tips. Is there anything I can give her to get this to clear up? right now they are eating non medicated wild bird feed (26% protein) and are being kept in a brooder that currently is 85 degrees F on aspen bedding. None of the other chicks seems to be having any problems (they are around 5 weeks old)

Since the saline solution is not working, you might need to use some sort of eye medications. This web site has a few good eye meds. I have used this website before.
