Problem with Northern Pintail duckling.

I had 8 Pintails hatch about 10 days ago and two are smaller than the rest and one has not grown much at all. When they drink the 2 run backwards shaking their heads (mostly the smallest one) and the small one usually falls over. The small one is also completly bald now on the top of its head. I did not expect the small one to make it this long. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before?

Try putting some electrolytes in the water and/or feeding it duck egg yolk. That should help him.
