Problem with Posting classifieds

Hello

I hope I am posting in the right place. When I try to post classified it tells me I have exceeded the amount of classifieds I may post and to delete some. But I don't have any classifieds open? What should I do?

How are people able to post more than one classified? Is there a certain number of posts I need or something? Thank you
