problem

I have been looking for a breed of hen. i am not looking to have any roosters and here is my problem.as you heard I am deciding what breed to use.it must be small, a good egg layer and hardy. it also cant go broody much and must be friendly. hoping for suggestions and I know this is a lot but on top of that I need a place near pa to buy them. thanks for all the help, cant wait to see the result and sorry for all the spelling errors lol
