Problems caused by Vitamin deficiencies

That is a great website, it is bookmarked permanently on the top of my list! Some of these defiencies would explain some of my chicks problems, so I am going to make sure they are supplemented from now on to rule that out before I go down the which horrible incurable disease has my chick got!!!

WOW!!! I am absolutely amazed.. When I first got chicks back in March of last year, I had all three small pullets get sick on me.. After vitamins and a some TLC, they got better.. One of them (Sweetie) got sick again about 3 months ago with the SAME symptoms.. She has always been at the bottom of the pecking order.. Now that I have younger barred rocks in with them, she is no longer at the bottom of the pecking order and after three weeks of the barred rocks being in with them, she got better.. Looking at the file, I would be willing to put money on it that she had a Vitamin A deficiency! The roos have *NEVER* been sick.. Of course, if I am correct in my assumptions, it's because they have always been at the top of the pecking order and always got first dibs on the food and treats.. I am relieved!!!
