problems with forced fan incubator????

Hi everyone.
Have any of you had any problems with forced air incubators?
I have always used still air incubators and never had any problems. I got a grey plastic forced air incubator last winter and have not hatched 1 single egg in it. Today is 21 days of my 3rd try....
It did not come with a thermometer. The first one that I bought for it was metal. That did not work. I got 3 incubator thermometers from online and have all 3 in the bator but no hatching eggs????
This is driving me crazy.

So, your temperature is right, but no eggs hatching? How much water did you put in the incubator at Day 18? How many open holes and how many plugs do you have? Did you candle the eggs before Day 18 to make sure they were viable?

I think the change over from still air to forced air can dramatically drop the humidity, which is needed in the last few days. That is why I ask the questions above.

I know i'm probably being a smarty, but I can't resist. you do have a decent looking rooster right? Maybe he is chicken ugly.
