Processed 16 days ago- still safe to eat??

I processed chickens, 16 days ago, and put them immediately in the fridge to rest. And then I forgot they were there!

Are they still safe to eat? Feeling sad that I wasted their little lives.

Check one out you’ll know for sure if it’s bad if it doesn’t smell extremely bad then they should be fine. If there’s any sort of off smell I wouldn’t use them.
