I'm new to raising guineas - for eggs & meat - & never gave butchering much thought as i grew up hunting & eating ducks. How necessary is bleeding? I had planned on shooting them from a distance depending on how tame they ended up, but now I'm reading about pithing and feathers "sticking" etc. Can anyone who's plucked both a guinea & wild duck give me a comparison? TIA
