Processing in San Diego

We have just started thinking about possibly raising meat chickens but don't want to do the processing ourselves. Anyone know of a place that will process chickens in/near San Diego?

There is a chicken farm in Lakeside for egg layers. They sell off their birds every 20 months or so. I forget their name but look it up in the yellow pages. They will tell you of a processor nearby. I called them when I was in Point Loma, & they were very helpful.
